Retreat Pricing

Setting the Retreat Prices: 

Once you've configured your packages and retreat dates, you can set the pricing for each package in this section. Please ensure that the price aligns with the number of persons indicated when creating the packages. For example, if you see a note such as 'This is a price for 2 persons' next to the price field, the price should cover two individuals. 

Retreat pricing for multiple dates: 

Prices from the first retreat date are copied to all other retreat dates by default. If you want to establish different package prices for each date, uncheck the 'The retreat has identical pricing' option and set the prices individually for each date. 

Early Bird and Last Minute Settings: 

You have the option to offer % discounts for early bookings or last-minute bookings based on the prices you've set for each package. You can choose to enable one or both of these discount options. Please ensure that the periods for Early Bird and Last Minute discounts do not overlap. Discounts are automatically applied to all your dates (cannot be set separately for each date); however, the discount is calculated separately for each date based on the number of days before the last registration day.

In the example shown in the picture above, the early bird 15% discount will apply 90+ days before the retreat start date. The normal price will be applied from 15 to 89 days before the retreat, and a 20% last-minute discount will apply 14 days prior.

The selected discount will be automatically displayed as a tag on your offer, and the discounted price will be shown. 

What’s Included and Excluded in the Price

Each retreat should clearly outline what is included and excluded in the price. Please complete this section by specifying all items or services that are covered and those that are not. Simply type into the text box and click the plus sign to add each item.
