How to Confirm Booking

24 Hours Booking

If you have chosen the 24-hour booking confirmation option (set in your listing settings), you will receive a notification about the booking and must confirm it within 24 hours. The reservation will expire if not confirmed within this timeframe, and the client will not be charged the deposit payment.

After receiving the notification, log in to your account. If you are not automatically directed to your bookings, navigate as follows: go to the "My Retreat" or "My Venue" tab, then select "Bookings" from the left-side menu. Once there, click on the booking you received; it will have a "Waiting for approval" status.

Instant Booking

If you have "Instant Booking" enabled in your settings, the payment is processed immediately, and no further booking confirmation is required.

Confirm Booking

Once you are in the booking details, change the status to "Confirmed" or "Declined" (if you do not want to accept the booking). If you change the status to "Confirmed," the client's payment card will be charged immediately, and the funds will be deposited into your Stripe account (minus the ZenBooking commission).

Once the reservation payment is processed, a "Paid" status will appear next to the deposit amount. You can also view the remaining balance and its due date. 

Balance payment

The balance payment link is sent to the client on the payment due date. Venues have the option to set the balance payment individually with the client, in which case the payment link may not be generated.
