Booking Options- 24 hours confirmation vs. instant booking

There are two booking options in your listing settings to consider. When clients book your venue or retreat on ZenBooking, they must provide credit card details during the booking request. With the Instant Booking option, the card is charged immediately. With the 24-hour option, funds are held on the card and released immediately after you confirm the booking. If you do not confirm within 24 hours, the booking request is cancelled, and funds are returned to the client's card. Please ensure you pay attention to all ZenBooking notifications about bookings and check that our emails are not going to your spam folder.

1. 24-Hour Booking Confirmation: With this option, you must confirm the booking request within 24 hours; otherwise, the booking will expire. After your confirmation, the booking is processed, and the client is charged the deposit payment.

2. Instant Booking: Bookings are confirmed immediately, and clients are charged instantly. However, with this option, it's crucial to keep your availability always up to date. If a booking is processed and you have to cancel it because the venue is unavailable, you will be responsible for all processing fees associated with the refund.
